Winds near 20 knots and close to 30 boats on Willoughby Bay. Raced with Andrew Norris on Riptide at the annual Tri-Service Cup. The race between the three service related clubs in the Hampton Roads area. Navy (Norfolk Naval Sailing Association) beat the Army 45-46 on a windy day. Navy was the host club this year. Thanks to Andrew for taking me along after Wine Down was out of commission with water pump issues. We finished second in Racing 1 but corrected to fourth.
