The Baltimore City Yacht Association sponsors and organizes events, while promoting Chesapeake sailing in and around the Baltimore Harbor. The association sponsors the Tuesday evening summer racing series in the Baltimore Harbor. BCYA is also a CBYRA member and sponsors two of the major CBYRA Saturday race events: the Race to Baltimore in July, and the Baltimore Harbor Cup in October. The association maintains a fleet of about 25 yachts. New members are always welcome.
