To publicize excellence in the marine trades, the Eastport Yacht Club (EYC) Foundation biennially sponsors the Outstanding Marine Wizard Awards, which recognize outstanding individuals from the maritime industry community around the Chesapeake Bay. Let EYC Foundation know who you think lives up to the high standards of a Marine Wizard.
A Marine Wizard is someone who demonstrates extraordinary skills in the marine trades, is known for providing excellent customer service, and is considered to be “the best of the best” in the industry. Do you have a mechanic or other marine service professional who’s done excellent work on your boat? Have you received outstanding customer service from a yacht broker or dealer? Make sure to nominate them!
The selection process begins with nominations from the boating public and industry peers. Recipients are selected by an EYC Foundation-appointed committee and receive a one-year membership to Eastport Yacht Club, courtesy of EYC. The deadline for this year’s nominations is May 24.
