Back Creek Yacht Club June events included our annual lobster fest, a visit to the Art of Trumpy Woode Boats followed by 4th of July celebrations. On the 4 th , the Club enjoyed Baltimore’s fireworks at the Inner Harbor at Anchorage Marina with dinner the night before at Amiccis in Little Italy.
On July 21 st, members attended a musical theatre event at Infinity Theatre at the CTA Theatre Complex, and on July 23, we cruised to St. Michaels, staying at the Miles River Yacht Club.
On August 7 th BCYC will cruise to the Chesapeake Yacht Club at Shady Side, MD, for a weekend of boating , food, and friendship. Another cruise will be held August 20th , and August 26 a Captain’s meeting will plan the Club’s Fall Vagabond Cruise starting after the Club’s Labor Day Cruise that will go to Oxford and Cambridge for celebrations.
