Develop arrangements and instructions for Foreign Flagged Vessels to submit required papers/forms to SDR to enable SDR volunteer to act as FFVs’ agent with US CBP and obtain CBP Clearance papers, and thus eliminating owners’ having to travel to CBP office and possible exposure to coronavirus.
