Fuel run w/Capt Dean followed by friends lunch cruise to Tickler's Crab Shack at the Wylder Hotel on Tilghman Island. It's been a fun quest and I hope to enjoy many more days on the water before the end of the year.
Day 100 and counting!

Day 100 and counting!
Sunday flotilla cruise to Fisherman's Inn at Kent Narrows for lunch with friends. Day 99!
Fiery sunrise viewing to start the day. Back at the dock I re-laced the mesh storage system that hangs below the t-top. The zipper was replaced by Marty's Bag Works and everything is back in service.
Day 98!!
Met an old friend at Rod & Reel in Chesapeake Beach for a day of fishing. Ten minutes into the trip I found myself bobbing in the Bay at the rear of his boat, unwrapping wires and rebar from his lower unit after we ran over some type of poorly marked pot or cage. Fortunately there was no damage to the boat and we proceeded with our outing.
Bay was surprisingly calm given the steady breeze. Got fuel at Annapolis Landing and had a BCI lunch at Cantler's with the exec committee.
We did a quick out and back to Big Mack's BBQ at the site of the former Marker 5 restaurant at Knapps Narrows. We made plans to visit Tickler's at the Wylder Hotel next time we venture that way.
That morning we learned that Exit Strategy had won a Naptown Scoop poll of favorite boat names in Annapolis.
First launch from the new mooring whips. Almost snagged the front whip line on the T-top as we departed.Overall it's a great setup and improvement to nestling up next to the dock. Just need to do some final fine-tuning based on usage patterns.
Took an easy cruise to Ego Alley and tied up on the bulkhead for a nice lunch at Dock St. Bar. Joined by Tom H and Tom R.
I ordered a pair of 14' Dock Edge+ mooring whips from DIY-Docks.com. I installed them today in advance of the possible arrival of side effects from Cat 3 Hurricane Erin.
Went to Little Burley Ck to check on friends' renovation project. Moderate chop due to stiff breeze.
