Sailed by Happy Giraffe to show off Lightning sailboat and sailing.
Century Club: Raeyane Farrell
A short cruise to help move M/V Happy Giraffe to a safer slip than the middle of Ego Alley
Brought 'Gratitude' the final 2 miles from SSA through the Spa Creek Bridge to our slip. Tied up alongside the slip we started from 2 years ago! Our Loop is well and truly complete.
our current is one of the top 5 most beautiful places we saw on the entire trip.
Short run on a perfect day from Herrington Harbour North to Severn Sailing Association in Annapolis. Crossed our wake at the outer channel marker - our Great Loop is Complete!!!
Bills 71st Birthday
A good day.
Ok run under cloudy skies with a threat of thunderstorms. Passed the A2N fleet near Herring Bay. Herrington Harbour North was our home marina for several years. It feels good to be back. It's one of the best.
Tough Day. Mouth of Potomac River very rough, all out of proportion to actual weather, wind, current, wind direction and tide conditions. Furniture all over boat re-arranged. Second worst day on the Loop.
Crossed into Maryland. Things look and feel like home!
Another nice cruise on a cloudy day with some rain showers. Happy to arrive and very pleased with Ingram Bay Marina.
A quiet cruise until the dredge at Deltaville. No shapes aloft to indicate safe passage. He finally answered the radio and we squeezed through.
An interesting cruise. Made the South Mills Lock right on time, just fit in the chamber.
Avoided several stumps but touched a branch.
Rafted up with 'Little G' at visitors Center.
a beautiful place
A stunningly beautiful cruise! Touched 1 branch.
