On Greg's boat for Yacht Club of Cape St Claire Friday night race. Motored out, storms in area, committee canceled, we motored, then ate Grauls chicken and drank rum at the pier
Century Club: Keith Chapman
Out to channel marks, then tour Little Magothy, worked on new techniques. Before work.
Cape St Claire coast to point before main beach, back, Little Magothy Tour. Worked on proper paddle techniques, changing stance and using surfer stance for downwind swells to beach. Having issues with left shoulder from winching F-27 main
Evening run from Cape St. Claire to Ego Alley (way crowded, what pandemic?). Nice run back as night fell.
Yacht Club of Cape St Claire Friday night race. Singlehand. Storms building to west and over Gibson whole time, crossed finish and went straight for Little Magothy at 7 kts, got in and tied up just as lightning hit. Touched 11kts on course. First sail with repaired main (was in shop ~month).
Went out and met brother behind Dobbins for raft up
Post Tropical storm, very nice. Along Cape St Claire shore to past point, then back for Little Magothy tour. Very strong tidal current outflow from LM. Very nice sunset pics.
Ride with daughter, out to Bay, down to bridge, across Bay on other side of bridge, came back north along Kent Island shore.
Helped friend scout a new slip, ran behind Dobbins anchored for sunset. Wind really piped up, saw Russ out hauling on his 36. Tried to see comet (no joy), saw satellite (maybe ISS), wet ride home!
After work, Cape St Claire shore to point, Little Magothy Tour, out to end of LM channel marks and back to beach. Nettles seem to be gone, beautiful sunset.
