5 more days of sailing on our club 420s. 2 trips per day and a failed race day followed by helping dad do RC on Thursday. That's 12 outing total for one week! Best Summer EVER!

June 23rd - RC duty's with day... there was NO wind!
June 24th - last race with my old sails... so excited to get the new ones on the boat!
June 26th - 42nm race in the bay with dad on his boat
June 27 - 20nm race on the bay with dad on his boat
June 28 thru July 2nd - summer sail camp! We sail 2 times a day stopping at the club for lunch soooo....x10 outings!
July 1st - jumped ship and sailed with JRay! On a J70.

Dad and I have been busy, school was almost done so I could get time to type something each day. But... I]dad and I were out sailing on the following dates:
6/2- RACING on dads boat
6/3- RACING on my boat
6/6- Dad and I took my Great Grandparents out on his boat for the first time.
6/10- RC for small boat race
6/12- Broken rudder Race, I took 3rd place and beat a Club 420 by 20 MINUTES!!!
6/13- SMSA inventational race we took 5th. But had a ton of fun!

Dad and I took my boat out Thursday for a race. We crossed the line last each race, but dad kaput sayings don't worry and keep sailing fast. We ended up correcting over a Flying Scott! We got 4th over all. We had a lot of fun.

Saturday we tried to go fishing but it was too windy. I almost got sick! Last night we went for a race in the same kinda wind. I think the boat moves around less with the sails are up....at least that what dad tell me. I think he is right.

Last night my dad and I took out my boat. This was the first time racing since we broke the goose neck. I had a ton of fun and we didn't finish last on any race! Dad says once the new sails arrive, we will be able to go faster and be more competitive. We got 6th place over all beating a club 420 and a laser! I was also the youngest skipper on the racecourse at 11yr old! This sport is addictive
