Launch off the South Beach onto the Chesapeake Bay and paddle north to the North Beach Boat Ramp, but then paddled into Carter Creek and back. Wnd 5 to 6 mph from the East and the temperature was 69 degrees fahrenheit. Got sprinkled on a little but nothing serious. By the time I finished up the sun was shinning.

Oxford, Maryland, launch off of the parking area at the north end of The Strand right next to Safe Harbor Marina. Paddled around Safe Harbor Marina and other marinas to stay out of the wind. Wind was about 10 mph from the NorthEast. Temperature was about 68 degrees fahrenheit.
Warehouse Creek off of Great Neck Road which comes off of Route 8 south of Route 50. Wind was only 7 mph, but still from the NorthEast. Temperature was 67 degrees fahrenheit.
Wind continues to be out of the North North West, so I continue to go to Warehouse Creek Landing because it is preyyy much out of the wind. Lovely sunny day, wind 12 to 17 from NNW, temperature almost 70 degrees.
My new favorite place, Warehouse Creek Landing off of Great Neck Road. Warehouse Creek actally comes off of Cox Creek. Wind has laid down some to about 10 to 12 mph from the NNE with temperature 67 degrees fahrenheit. Almost a perfect afternoon for a kayak ride.
Warehouse Creek off of Thompson Creek, it was my 1st time on Warehouse Creek, it was quite lovely. Wind was 14 mph from the NNE and the temperature was 56 degrees.
Rain all day, winds 18 to 20 mph gusting to 25 to 30 or more. Winds from the NorthEast. I bought a new rain coat and ventured out about 4:00 o'clock onto Thompson Creek. There is a boat ramp up behind Food Lion on Route 50. The boat ramp is off of Thompson Creek Road. It was raining gently when I started and continued to rain the entire time I was on the water. The rain coat with the hood worked pretty well. The temperature was 52 degrees, but with the wind chill it felt like 46 degrees fahrenheit. Hugged the lee shore of the creek and was able to pretty much stay out of the wind.
Rained most of the day off and on. At about 2:30 it was not raining so I launched off of South Beach in Tower Gardens on Kent Island. About 10 minutes out on the water, it started to rain, then thunder and lightening. I paddled underneath a pier for awhile but decided to go in. On the way back the rain slacked off so I stayed out to get my mileage. Wind 6 to 7 mph from the East and the temperature was about 60 degrees fahrenheit.
Ocean City, Maryland, put in at the 64th Street Boat Ramp paddle to 68 th Street and back, then south to 62 nd Street Bridge and back. Temperature 62 degrees and wind 10 mph from the NorthEast.
Annapolis, Maryland, launched from Amos Garette Waterfront Park and paddled to the City Dock and back. Temperature was 68 degrees fahrenheit with a 6 - 7 mph wind from the East.
