Low wind, fast current. Sculled upstream, caught the wind, and didn't get stranded.

Anchored off Gravelly Point. A bit far. Will anchor in Washington channel next year.
Marie rafted up with us with her friends, Tanya and Melanie.
Motored back with the rest of the boat parade. Big wake and lots of heel, but nothing the boat wasn't capable of handling. Crew wore life vests in case of collision.

Gnarly incoming tide and light wind. Paddled upstream and caught wind in the river. Ours was the only boat that did that, and we got the best sailing in the the evening.
With Claudia, Laura, Rich, Lucas, and a dude from Yemen.
