Paddle around my fitness track that is Lake Ogleton. More cormorants this summer in the lake than I've ever seen and they're becoming really used to us humans getting close to them.

Getting newbies to spinnakers up to speed on our J35 in nice light winds. It's a lot to take in if you've never done it before!
Caught the 10 to 15 kn for an hour or so before it started dying and clocking quickly. So nice to feel a little chilly out on the water after the kind of summer we had.
Big rain storm came through, got to see where my one window is leaking as an added bonus to the trip!
Nice southwest breeze, tstorm pops up just north and Large rain storm just to the south. Poured on us for a while but still a fun evening on the water.
Recharge to dead auxiliary batteries, wash down, repairs and broken stuff.
Great four hours out on the water in the evening, nice sunset! Note to self, if you're going to sail off the mooring all summer you need to keep an eye on the battery charge level. Engine wouldn't start because the batteries were dead we had to get towed in!
Some paddling and rowing, good conversation and libations.
