Participated in the annual Frost Goode Race and as has happened in years past, it was a floater for much of the race with a 180 degree wind shift.  So some boats had two upwind legs and others a windward and leward.

Needed to learn how the spinnaker furhler worked.  Took some of the crew out on 4/18 and things didn't quite go smoothly.  There was a second attempt on 4/20 which I couldn't make, but heard the results still weren't what we wanted.  We'll keep trying.

Moved the boat to SMSA for the renaming ceremony during happy hour with our sailing friends.  Left the boat overnight so we could move the boat the next day into it's slip.  We needed to adjust lines and needed daylight.

Bought a "new-to-us" boat and of course there is always something that needs to be accomplished.  My spouse has done the lion's share of the work, but I've helped out and have over 10 days.  Here's what I've managed to help with so far, but I know there is more to do in my future:

1/6/2023: Anchor locker - just small enough to get in the locker to tighten the bowsprit bolts and determine the diameter of the fwd nut using a micrometer

1/12/2023: I was hoisted to the upper spreader to install the blocks and the lazy jacks

1/16/2023: Starboard Cockpit locker - installed the new bluetooth antenna and leveled the GPS antenna

1/18/2023: Covered the boat with its custom winter canvas cover and installed the new tie down lines to secure the cover

1/28/2023: Worked with the graphics installer and helped put on the new name graphics and hailing port on the boat

2/21/2023: Cleaned all interior surfaces to begin bringing gear onboard in prep for the new sailing season

3/5/2023: Removed winter cover and helped measure/mark where the new transome entry flap should be located

3/16/2023: Reinstalled the dodger

4/5/2023: Anchor locker - moved the forward jib furhler block about 3 inches up to correct the line lead

6/3/2023: Troubleshoot the A/C unit which was not functioning.  Worked with Mark to test waterflow through the system, clear anand y debris in the lines.  Decided to exercise the heat cycle to work the valve and then returned to A/C mode which seemed to do the trick.
