5 days on the Longview, a 50 foot Deadrise. Contract Captain providing on the water 5th grade Hampton Schools science field trips.
Bought a new powerboat in December and worked most days from January - March before the first launch. ten days of maintentance are logged for February.
1 day on the Longview for training getting ready to the 2022 school program.
Sailed Wine Down, A 31 foot Beneteau January 1 in the Dana Dillon Memorial Race, sailed on Januray 2 and then on the 3rd delivered Wine Down to Deltaville for sale.
Race from Grandview beach down to Buckroe Beach and back. Pick up a reindeer on the beach and deliver it back to Grndandview. 70 degree weather in December was fantastic.
Replaced both fuel pumps and connector to low pressure fuel pum. Karen and I went out on the Bay and tested the boat. Runs great and we had a fantastic fall day in the water. Launched at Back River and went all the way down to Old Point Comfort. At least two pods of dolphins and one we floated among them for a while when they were fishing.

Karen, Walt, Collette and I headed out in the powerboat but didn't get very far. Fuel pump went out on the boat and we ended up getting towed back to the dock. Was a fantastic sunny 80 degree day on the Bay. Ended with a low country boil and party at the dock at HYC.
Karen and I paddled around the Hampton River in downtown Hampton. Stopped at Bull Island Brewery for lunch and z beer before heading back to HYC.
