Sailed from 2W to the Bay Bridge, then had to motor to get there at the appointed time. Eagle Cove was crowded, but we found a spot. Used the electric dinghy again. We had to motor home as the wind died.

Paddled up Rideout cr. Several active osprey nests. Picked up several small pieces of plastic. I snuck up on a big fish at one point. No boats out. Lots of cicadia bodies in the creek, feeding an algae bloom.

Sailed from 2W to Kent Isl, then west towards Bay Ridge before downwind jibes to get home. The new chart plotter, instruments, and autopilot are great.

Sailed Lux from 2W to Kent Island, then tacked over to Thomas Pt, then a downwind run back home. A mix of wind-driven waves and wakes made it a bit lumpy.
Installed an electric motor and battery on the RIB. Took it out for a short run - it's very windy today. It makes about 4kn at full power setting, pulling 30A. That's good for about two hours with the 100Ah battery.

Cloudy, 60F, S@5
Took Lux to Whitehall Bay again to calibrate the wind instrument. We also re-did the EV-1 sensor calibration. We experimented with the new depth sounder, connected off the stern. The new Axiom 12 Pro is very nice.
