Wife and I met our broker to inspect a 2007 Beneteau 373 that we had submitted an offer on. 71F, partly cloudy, with winds 8-10 mph out of the NE at time of boarding (10:00 am). Formal survey and sea trial scheduled for Wednesday. (9/18).
Took EcoBoat out across Port Veil from the Americas Cup Race Village to our hotel. 70F, sunny, with winds 7 mph from the SSE at time of departure (12 noon).

Got off to a somewhat later start and experienced a bit of boat traffic (Jon boat and pontoon boat). Despite the later launch (8:10 am) it was only 60F. Sunny with wind 1 mph from the N.
Took the Hobie out with a good friend for the second day in a row. Wind gradually dropped as the afternoon progressed. Hung around at the club afterwards for some dinner and enjoyed the sunset. 73F, partly cloudy with wind at 10 mph from the NW at time of launch (3:30 pm).
