Went for an awesome Father's Day paddle on the Anacostia River at the Navy Yard. 82F, sunny, winds 4 mph from the W at time of launch (12 noon). Just a great day with family out on the water followed by a late lunch. Even an ice cream treat as we strolled through the Navy Yard section of DC.

Took the Grady out for an early Father's day cruise to Broad Creek. 60F, sunny, winds 6 mph from the NW at time of departure (7:10 am). Enjoyed great company and conversation while having a delicious breakfast at anchor.
Took the Grady out for a morning cruise to Little Magothy River. 74F, sunny with winds 5 mph from W at time of departure (11:00 am). Saw 2.5 ft at entrance to the channel. Anchored once past the entrance channel and enjoyed a late breakfast.
Took the Hobie Wave out with a friend for an afternoon sail on Rehoboth Bay. 77F, sunny, and winds 7 mph from the W at time of launch (2:15 pm).
Took the paddle board out for an afternoon paddle on Assawoman Canal. 79F, sunny, winds 13 mph from the S at time of launch (3:25 pm). Winds are greatly reduced due to the sheltered nature of the canal.
Took the Grady out for a sunrise cruise on Cattail Creek. 55F, fair, winds 2 mph from the NW at time of departure (6:10 am).
Took the Hobie Wave out for an afternoon sail. 80F, sunny, winds 10 mph from the W at time of launch (1:15pm). A fair amount of chop based on wind direction and fact that wind velocity picked up while out on the bay.

Took the Grady out for a morning cruise to Grays Creek. 67F, sunny, winds 4mph from the NE at time of departure (7:05 am). Awesome trip over, anchored and enjoyed my breakfast just inside of the channel markers.
