After 4 days of solid rain we were antcie to get out on the water. Alan went sailing while I kayaked along side him. Not much wind so I was faster than the boat was. A sudden burst of rain didn't dampen our spirits but I did find a duck blind to shelter under until the rain let up. Nice day. Alan went on for a long sail while I bipped around the creek.

Kayaked in very windy and high wave conditions. When the water was pouring into my kayak with every big wave I knew it was time to return home so I could live to tell about it.
Spent around 2 hours sailing around f Mattox Creek with Alan and into the beginning of the Potomac. Wind was variable, but was a nice warm day, mid 80s. I wish it could be summer all year long.
Really windy out but we went on a short kyak around Mattox Creek to marker 9 and back. The jet skiiers were out in full force and super obnoxious as usual.
Alan was on his paddleboard and I in my kayak. Bipped about Mattox creek in the late afternoon. Finally warm out these days. Yes, I was drinking a beer out of a Yeti mug.
Trip t0 Saint Clements abord the Kiwi Kruzer, took about 1 hour to get there. Everyone had minosas en route (except me)
Walked around the island, then stopped in the middle of the Potomac on the boat and had a picnic lunch. Nice day. I love summer.
Beautiful day to take my visiting brothers and wives to Tangier Island via the ferry in Reedville. Interesting place, unfortunately, we spent half of the time waiting for our food at Larraines restuarant which was very slow. But cool ride on the ferry there and back.
Why oh why do these pictures upload sideways when they are perfectly normal on my computer?????
Took the visiting brothers and family via the Kiwi Kruzer to Dockside, a local restaurant on the water, great day. Had good orange crushes tghere. Alan stayed sober and captained us home.
Rode around mattox creek and the Potomac with my brothers and wives, and Alan. Today was the first day was able to get the boat on the lift without destroying anything.
