Two days of racing for Sunshine Open.
Century Club: Dorian Haldeman
We spent the first weekend in June cruising around in our dinghy, and running the pin RHIB for the Snipe Colonial Cup.
We held the SSA ILCA Spring series the last weekend in May. Saturday was brutally windy but at least it was sunny and warm. Sunday was much lighter and I managed to win the last race. Finished overall on second by only one point. Fun racing!
On Tuesday evenings then the winds are light, we paddle to the Chronic Sailing Tunesday concerts on Back Creek!
We spent a week in Washington State for our niece's wedding. We spent a lovely day taking the ferry to Seattle. It was one of our only clear days during or visit and we had spectacular views of Mt. Rainier!
I made a guest appearance J/22 racing on a Thursday evening in May. I was on the pointy end. It wasn't pretty, but at least I didn't fall in!
