Liz and I went out on the boat for the afternoon, drove to Hart Miller Island and parked for awhile. There were not too many boats there today, but it was kind of overcast.

For Mothers day we went to a local waterfront restuarant for brunch. I really got the itch to hit the water, so after returning home I took the kayak out for a little paddle.

Tonight was the first Wed night sail of the season, I was very rusty but things started coming back to me. Hopefully I can learn more then last year and feel very confident. We had a great night

Today we said goodby to our little paradise. We started the very long journey home with a boat ride to the island for the first of many plane rides. This time we left during the day, so I could see where we are heading to. Unlike when we arrived, it was dark adn we couldnt see anything. The boat ride was still rough and lasted about 20 minutes.
